Grip It - NEW Heavy Duty Plasterboard Fixings
The Grip It is a universal fixing that has been designed to be able to be used on the "dot and dab" plasterboard as well as normal hollow cavity walls. Due to its slim griping wings it is able to open easily within the dab void to produce an effective secure fixing with excellent load bearing capability excelling any cavity wall fixing currently available.
The Grip It comes in four colour coded types with a range of different length of screws to simplify the choice of product needed for the installation.

The Type 13-2 Grip It Fixing has a maximum loading of up to 100kgs per fixing (safe working load of 50kgs). It is most suitable for "DIY" jobs such as installations of curtain rail brackets, picture frames, mirrors and small shelving.
The Type 16-2 Grip It Fixing has a maximum loading of up to 120kgs per fixing (safe working load of 60kgs). It is most suitable for "DIY" jobs such as installations of heavy curtain rail brackets, bathroom fixtures, towel rails and heavy duty shelving.
The Type 20-2 Grip It Fixing has a maximum loading of up to 160kgs per fixing (safe working load of 80kgs). It is most suitable for installations of bathroom furniture, radiators, water heaters and cabinets.
The Type 25-2 Grip It Fixing has a maximum loading of up to 180kgs per fixing (safe working load of 90kgs). It is most suitable for installations of kitchen cupboards, water heaters and large wall mounted televisions
