Everbuild Opti-mix Integral Waterproofer 1 Litre
OPTI-MIX INTEGRAL WATERPROOFER is a highly concentrated waterproofing and plasticising admixture for sand and cement which is ten times the strength of conventional products.
OPTI-MIX INTEGRAL WATERPROOFER provides long term protection from water damage to mortar, concrete, renders and screeds by reducing water permeability. This product is suitable for all applications where resistance to water damage is necessary, such as pool and tank linings, roof areas, external rendering/pointing and structures below ground level.OPTI-MIX INTEGRAL WATERPROOFER also contains air entraining and plasticising agents hence it will not “deaden” the mix and there is no need to add a separate admix.

Limitations
- Do not use in structural concrete.
- Not intended as a DPC replacement, will not withstand permanent hydrostatic pressure.
- For tanking applications use in conjunction with 908 DPM.
- Final finish does not repel water. If a repellant finish is required use 402 Waterseal.
- Do not overdose or overmix.
- Never add directly to the mix.
- Do not mix with other additives in the same gauging water.
It is the users responsibility to determine suitability for use. If in doubt contact Technical Services Department for further advice.
Application
- Shake bottle well before use. Squeeze the sides of the bottle to fill the measuring cup to the required dose 25-45ml per 25kg of cement.
- Add Opti mix Integral Waterproofer to a bucket of water mix well use up to a maximum 10ltrs of water.
- Dry mix all other ingredients and add sufficient quantities of water & Optimix Integral Waterproofer solution until the desired consistency is achieved.

Never add this product directly to the dry mix, always let down into a portion of gauging water.
