The DEWALT DCR017 DAB radio charger has a DAB+ and FM tuner to receive digital and analogue radio signals. It is also a multi-voltage XR charger (with charge indicator LED light) which accepts DEWALT 10.8 Volt, 14.4 Volt and 18 Volt XR Li-Ion batteries.

It has two AC power outlets which offer more versatility for jobsite power (except -LX version), a tech Box which provides device protection and storage and has a USB port in Tech Box for device charging (when the DCR017 is connected to mains). It also has a 3.5mm auxiliary port which allows for connection to portable audio devices.

The blow moulded roll cage has 6 impact resistance points for maximum durability, twin sets of woofers and tweeters with ported bass for high fidelity audio and is supplied with a 2m power cord with wrap-around cord storage.
