This stainless steel mixed screw tray gives you 895 A2 stainless steel multi-purpose screws across a range of sizes, all in one place. If you are working in a corrosive environment or fixing into materials like Green Oak that will attack standard zinc-plated screws over time, A2 stainless is the right choice. These are not a compromise product. They are built to perform as well as any quality multi-purpose screw, just with the added benefit of genuine corrosion resistance.

Each screw features a double countersunk head design, which reduces the risk of head shear and makes it easier to complete a flush finish when countersinking. The 40-degree deep single thread gives a solid, reliable fixing with strong pull-out resistance, which matters when you are fixing structural boards, cladding, or anything that needs to stay put over years of exposure to the elements.

What Makes This Stainless Steel Mixed Screw Tray Worth Having

All sizes up to and including 75mm are fully threaded. From 80mm upwards, there is a 70mm thread length, which is the right balance for longer fixings without compromising holding strength. Screws of 25mm and above include a single slash feature to reduce torque build-up and lower the risk of splitting timber when driving close to an edge. Small detail, but it saves a fair bit of swearing on site.

The PZ drive is standard across the range, so no hunting for different bits. This tray is well suited to carpenters, joiners, cladding installers, and anyone who regularly works with materials or in locations where standard screws simply will not last. It is worth noting that hardwood applications require pre-drilling before use.

Pro Tip: When fixing into Green Oak or other tannic hardwoods, always pre-drill your pilot holes and use A2 stainless throughout, as the tannins in these timbers will corrode standard zinc screws within months, often causing staining on the surface too.
