How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 1–5 working days. If you need your goods urgently, please order before 12pm and add a note at checkout — we’ll always do our best to get it out the same day. Some products are shipped direct from our suppliers, so on occasion your order may arrive in more than one delivery. There’s no extra cost for this and it usually arrives on the same day.

Yes. For guaranteed next day delivery before 10am or 12pm, or for Saturday deliveries, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll provide a quote. For standard next day, order before 12pm and note it clearly at checkout. Availability may vary depending on your location and the time of day.

Yes. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 28 days of delivery. Please get in touch before sending anything back and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that bespoke, cut-to-length or special-order products may not be eligible for return — check with us at the time of ordering if you’re unsure.

Orders over £100 (ex VAT) / £120 (inc VAT) qualify for free delivery to most UK mainland addresses. Orders below this threshold are charged at £7.50 (ex VAT). Please note that surcharges may apply to Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland – if this affects your order, we’ll contact you with delivery options before dispatch.

Yes, we deliver across the UK including remote areas, though delivery to places like the Scottish Highlands may take a little longer than our standard 1–5 day estimate. If speed is important, premium delivery options may be available — we’ll confirm what’s possible when you place your order.
