Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the information below.

30 Day Returns

We offer a 30-day returns period from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within this time.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Suitable for resale

We reserve the right to reduce a refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Your Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Once you notify us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to reject it within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement where appropriate.

Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) if there is an issue with your order so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Special order or custom products
  • Opened sealants, adhesives or chemical products
  • Perishable or safety products where packaging has been opened

This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return an Item

To arrange a return, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process any applicable refund.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–10 working days.

Original delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Exchanges

If you require a different size, specification, or product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the unwanted item for a refund. This allows us to dispatch replacements as quickly as possible.

Trade & Business Purchases

Many of our customers purchase goods for trade or business use. In these cases, returns may be subject to different conditions, including restocking fees or supplier terms.
