We send trade supplies across the UK and we try to keep the boring bits painless. Spend over £100 + VAT and delivery costs you nothing. Spend less and it’s a flat £7.50 + VAT, whichever corner of the mainland you’re in. Either way, there’s a real person at the end of the phone.

Mainland UK orders over £100 + VAT (£120 inc VAT).
Under £100
£7.50 + VAT (£9.00 inc VAT) flat rate to the mainland.

1 to 5 working days. Plenty of orders arrive sooner.

Prices exclude VAT unless we say otherwise. VAT is added at the standard rate at checkout.
How Long Will It Take?
Most orders reach you within 1 to 5 working days. Three things decide it: where the products are held, whether they leave from our stock or a supplier’s, and where you are. We dispatch Monday to Friday, and working days exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Next-Day Delivery and Cut-Off Times
Need it tomorrow? Standard next-day delivery is often possible on items we hold in stock. Order before 12pm and add a note at checkout so we spot it.
Cut-off times are not the same for every product. Items that ship straight from a supplier can have an earlier cut-off, and some postcodes simply take longer. Treat 12pm as our usual line, not a promise, and know that we’ll tell you quickly if your order can’t make it. Want guaranteed next day before 10am or 12pm, or a Saturday delivery? Contact us before you order and we’ll quote it.
One Order, More Than One Delivery
Some products ship direct from our suppliers, so a single order can turn up as two or more deliveries. That is normal and it costs you nothing extra. Parcels from the same order usually land on the same day, though not always. If something from your order hasn’t arrived and you’re not sure why, ring us and we’ll find out.
Scottish Highlands, Islands and Remote Areas
We deliver across the UK, including the places couriers sigh about. The Scottish Highlands, islands such as the Isle of Wight and Isle of Man, and some other remote postcodes can take longer than 1 to 5 working days, and a carriage surcharge may apply. If your order is affected, we’ll contact you with the options and the cost before it is dispatched.
Northern Ireland
Carriage to Northern Ireland depends on what is in the order, how heavy it is and how big, so we quote it individually. Call 0330 999 8665 or email info@discount-trade-supplies.com with your basket and postcode, and we’ll come back to you with a price.
Stock Problems and Order Support
A person checks every order. If something is out of stock, held up at a supplier or can’t be sent as ordered, we’ll phone or email you before anything ships, and lay out your choices: wait for it, swap it for an alternative, or have that item refunded. You won’t be left guessing.
When Your Order Arrives
Check the goods as soon as they arrive. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours, with your order number and a few photos. Keep the packaging. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains what happens next.
Collect from Our Trade Counter
Prefer to collect? Our trade counter at 7/8 Enterprise Units, Maes-Y-Clawdd, Oswestry, SY10 8NN is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and closed at weekends. Call ahead so your order is picked and waiting.
