Standard nails compress the insulation as they drive through it, which defeats the purpose of putting it there in the first place. The Super 7 avoids that problem entirely. The patented Thor-Helical helix profile allows the nail to pass through insulation without crushing it, while still seating flush to the timber surface on the counterbatten.
