Magnetic Bit Holders

A magnetic bit holder is one of those tools you don’t think much about until you’ve used one, and then you wonder how you got by without it. It holds your screwdriver bit firmly in the chuck of your drill or impact driver, and the magnet at the tip keeps screws seated while you line them up. Where Magnetic Bit Holders Earn Their Keep

On a busy site, any tool that speeds up a repetitive task is worth its place in the bag. Fitting plasterboard, decking, battening, cladding, kitchen units, and timber framing all involve driving a lot of screws in succession. The magnetic tip means you can load a screw one-handed and drive it without it dropping, which matters when you’re working at height or in tight corners where using two hands isn’t always an option.
