Soudal Fixall – Turbo

Soudal Fixall Turbo is the faster-curing version of the well-known Fix All range, built on Soudal’s SMX-Polymer technology. Where standard grab adhesives ask you to wait around tapping your boots, this one gets moving quickly. The bond becomes manipulable within 20 minutes and loadable after around 3 hours, which on a busy site is the difference between leaving something propped up against a wall and cracking on with the next job.

It’s a single-component formula, so no mixing, no measuring, no wasted product sitting in a pot going off. Load it into a standard caulking gun and apply. The SMX-Polymer base gives it a combination of very high end-strength and permanent elasticity after cure, meaning it won’t become brittle over time. That matters on anything subject to movement, vibration or temperature cycling.

Where Soudal Fix All Turbo Gets Used

Fix All Turbo handles bonding across a wide range of construction and building situations. It adheres well to wood, MDF, chipboard, metal, concrete, brick, and most common building substrates. One of its more useful traits is that it will bond to slightly wet surfaces, which in the UK is less of a novelty and more of a daily requirement.

Weather Resistance and Paintability

Once cured, the sealant shows good UV and weather resistance alongside solid colour stability, making it suitable for applications that see outdoor exposure. It’s also paintable with water-based paints after curing, so it won’t show through your finish if you’re working on anything decorative or visible.

Soudal Fix All Turbo is applied using a standard caulking gun, in beads or dabs at roughly 15cm intervals for panel bonding. Always run adhesive along edges and corners of panels. Press surfaces together immediately and tamp down with a rubber mallet. Support may be needed while the bond develops initial strength.
