The TIMCO 150mm circular saw blade is made for handheld cordless circular saws and covers the most common cuts you will make on site. With a 10mm bore, 24 teeth, and a thin kerf grind, it is well suited to a medium-paced cut through softwood, hardwood, plywood, MDF, OSB, and other sheet materials. If you are running a compact cordless saw, this is the size you need.

The thin kerf design is not there by accident. Cordless saws run on battery, and a thinner kerf means less material removed per pass, which puts less load on the motor and draws less power from the pack. That translates directly into more cuts per charge, which matters when you are up a scaffold or working away from a van full of batteries. It also tends to produce a cleaner edge because there is less side pressure on the blade through the cut.

Where This TIMCO 150mm Circular Saw Blade Gets Used

Twenty-four teeth puts this blade in the medium-cut category, which is a sensible all-round choice for general joinery and site carpentry work. It is fast enough to rip through framing timber without dragging, but fine enough to cut sheet goods without excessive breakout. You are not going to get a cabinetmaker finish from 24T, but for first and second fix work it does what you need without fuss.

It fits the smaller cordless saws that have become standard kit for a lot of tradespeople over the last few years. Compact saws are lighter and easier to handle in tight spots, and a purpose-made blade like this one keeps them running efficiently rather than fighting against an oversized blade pulling too much current.

Worth noting: no bushing rings are included, so check your saw’s bore requirement before ordering. The 10mm bore fits many common cordless saws but not all. A simple check that saves a trip back to the merchant.

Pro Tip: Always check your saw's spindle bore size before fitting a new blade. Some compact cordless saws use a 10mm bore natively, but others ship with an adapter ring fitted, so remove the ring first and measure the actual spindle before assuming fitment.
