Senco stainless steel nails packed alongside matching fuel cells — everything you need for a day’s first fix nailing without hunting around for separate consumables. These gas and nail packs are designed for use with most major gas nailer brands on the market, and the stainless steel nail specification makes them a solid choice for timber-framed builds, treated timber, and applications where corrosion resistance matters long term.
Each pack is bundled in sturdy packaging with a carry handle, so you can grab what you need and move between locations without everything falling apart in the van. It’s a small thing, but when you’re running between plots or floors, packaging that actually holds together earns its keep.
Senco Stainless Steel Gas and Nail Pack Compatibility
These packs are designed to work across a broad range of gas nailers, not just Senco tools. Compatible brands include Paslode, Hitachi, Makita, DeWalt, Rawl, Stanley, Dynamik and more. If you’re running a mixed fleet of tools on site — which most contractors are — that flexibility avoids the headache of stocking separate consumables for each brand.
Nail sizes run from 50mm through to 90mm, with two fuel cell gauges depending on nail length: 2.9mm cells for the 50mm and 65mm nails, and 3.1mm cells for the 75mm and 90mm. Shank options include smooth and ring shank, with ring shank giving you better pull-out resistance in structural and boarding applications where nails are working against movement or load.
The stainless steel finish resists rust and staining, which matters in coastal areas, highly humid environments, or anywhere treated timber is being used. Standard bright steel nails will corrode over time in those conditions; stainless holds up without leaving streaks or weakening the fixing.
Supplied in boxes of 2000 nails, these packs are suited to volume first fix work where you need consistent supply without constant reordering. Senco is a well-regarded name in gas fastening, and these packs reflect that with consistent nail quality and reliable fuel cell performance across the compatible tool range.
Pro Tip: When using ring shank stainless nails in treated timber, make sure your nailer depth setting is properly adjusted first — ring shanks are harder to drive flush than smooth shank, and a nail sitting proud in structural timber is a problem you will not want to revisit once boarding is on.
