Everbuild Anchorset Green 300 is a styrene free chemical anchoring resin built for high strength fixings where standard mechanical anchors won’t cut it. Whether you’re setting threaded rods into concrete, fixing railings into brickwork, or securing machinery to a warehouse floor, this is the kind of product that takes the worry out of the job. The styrene free formula keeps odour low, which matters when you’re working in enclosed spaces or anywhere with limited ventilation.
The 300ml cartridge uses Everbuild’s Easy-Flow twin bag system, where the two components are kept separate inside the cartridge and mix through the nozzle as you apply. No measuring, no manually combining resins. Fit the nozzle, prime a small amount, then it’s ready to go. The mixing happens automatically, so you get a consistent ratio every time without any fuss on site.
One thing worth noting is the application flexibility. Anchorset Green 300 can be applied into dry, damp, wet or even flooded holes. That’s useful on groundworks, basement fixings, or any situation where you can’t fully dry out the substrate before you need to get on with things. It saves the delay of waiting for conditions to be perfect, which in the UK is usually never.
Where Everbuild Anchorset Green 300 Gets Used
This resin is used across a wide range of structural and fixing applications. Setting studs and starter bars into concrete is one of the most common jobs. It’s also well suited to anchoring handrails, security barriers, signage brackets, and satellite dish mounts into masonry. Contractors fixing wall ties on remediation work will find it performs well here too.
Working in Wet Conditions
The ability to cure in flooded holes is not a marketing claim to take lightly. Resin systems that fail in wet conditions are a genuine site problem. Anchorset Green 300 is formulated to handle this, which puts it in a different bracket from basic polyester resins when conditions aren’t ideal.
Applies with any standard cartridge gun. No special equipment needed, no unfamiliar system to learn. Just load, mix nozzle on, prime, and go.
Pro Tip: Always expel the first 10-15ml of mixed resin from the nozzle before you start filling holes, this purges any unmixed material at the tip and ensures you're getting a properly combined product into every fixing.
