Paslode IM360Ci nails are the collated framing nails designed specifically for the Paslode IM360Ci cordless nailer. These trade packs bundle the nails together with the fuel cells needed to run them, so everything arrives together and you can get straight to work without chasing a separate gas order. Six size and quantity configurations cover the most common structural and framing applications on site.

The Galv+ coating gives these nails a Service Class 2 rating, which means they hold up in indoor environments and covered outdoor settings where humidity is a factor but the timber isn’t directly exposed to weather. Roof structures, enclosed porches, treated timber frames and similar situations are all within scope. They conform to Eurocode 5, so where structural specification compliance is required, these nails meet that standard.

Paslode IM360Ci Nail Sizes and Pack Options

The 51mm x 2.8mm and 63mm x 2.8mm options come in packs of 3,300 nails with three fuel cells each, making them well suited to high-volume work such as studwork, boarding and internal framing. The 63mm x 3.1mm, 75mm x 3.1mm, 90mm x 3.1mm smooth and 90mm x 3.1mm ring shank variants each contain 2,200 nails with two fuel cells. The ring shank 90mm option is worth specifying anywhere pull-out resistance matters: decking substructures, truss connections and timber-to-timber fixings where seasonal movement is a concern.

Fuel cell counts are matched to the nail quantities in each box, so you shouldn’t run short mid-job on a well-maintained nailer firing cleanly. One less thing to think about on a busy frame.

Why Trade Boxes Make Sense

Buying Paslode IM360Ci nails in trade quantities brings the cost per nail down compared to smaller retail packs and reduces the number of top-up trips to the merchant. The nails are precision-manufactured to the IM360Ci’s tolerances. Third-party alternatives can cause misfires and drive depth inconsistencies, particularly with ring shank profiles. Feeding the nailer the correct branded consumables keeps it running reliably and protects warranty considerations on a tool that earns its keep every day.

Pro Tip: When loading ring shank nails into the IM360Ci, make sure the magazine channel and nose piece are clean and free from resin build-up, as the raised shank profile gives less clearance than smooth nails and is more likely to jam in a dirty feed path.
