Load the 350ml cartridge into a standard skeleton gun and cut the nozzle to your preferred bead size — 6mm is the standard reference for coverage estimates. Apply a continuous or dotted bead to one surface only. Press the surfaces firmly together immediately and hold for a short time to allow the initial grab to take effect. No need to apply to both surfaces or wait for a tacky stage.
Surfaces should be clean, dry and free from dust, grease or loose material before application. In colder conditions, give the cartridge time to warm up to improve flow and initial grab speed.
Load the cartridge into a standard skeleton gun and cut the nozzle tip at a 45-degree angle to your required bead size

Can Pinkgrip be used on polystyrene insulation boards?
No. Pinkgrip is a solvented adhesive and the solvent content will attack and dissolve polystyrene and many expanded foam materials. For bonding EPS or similar insulation, use a compatible adhesive specifically formulated for foam substrates.
