Viper Galvanised Collated Brad Nails are straight-collated, gas-compatible brad nails designed for internal joinery applications where a clean, concealed fixing is needed. Each pack includes a gas charge, so you have everything required to load up and get on with the job. The collated brad nails use a T-head profile that sits flush and virtually disappears once the nail is driven, making them a solid choice wherever the finished surface needs to look tidy.
The shank is designed for low penetration resistance, which means the nail drives cleanly through softwoods, MDF, and engineered boards without splitting the material or leaving a ragged entry point. That matters when you are fitting skirting boards or architrave against plaster and you do not want to spend time filling oversized holes. For tongue and groove panelling, the T-head keeps fixings out of sight without any extra effort.

These nails are built for the kind of internal finishing work that takes up a good chunk of a joiner’s day. Skirting boards, door architrave, dado rails, tongue and groove cladding, and general trim work are the core applications. Anywhere you need a fast, repeatable fixing that does not leave a conspicuous mark on the surface, straight collated brad nails in this format do the job efficiently.
The galvanised finish gives the nail a degree of corrosion resistance, which matters in areas with any moisture exposure — utility rooms, porches, and similar spaces where conditions are not always perfectly dry. For fully external or wet-area applications, these are still primarily an internal nail, but the galvanised coating adds useful durability compared to bright-finish alternatives.
Sizing and Pack Format
Viper Galvanised Collated Brad Nails are available in seven sizes: 19mm, 25mm, 32mm, 38mm, 45mm, 50mm, and 64mm. Each box contains 2,000 nails and one gas canister. The straight collation format is compatible with Paslode and Firmahold gas-powered brad nailers, and works reliably across the size range without adjusting the tool setup between jobs.
Pro Tip: When fitting architrave with a gas nailer, use the 38mm or 45mm nails for the main body of the frame and drop to 25mm near mitred corners to avoid blowout through the thin edge of the timber.
