DEMSUN MS40 Membrane ; is a premium, liquid and cold applied, one-component silane modified polymer (SMP) based polymer, elastic, waterproofing membrane, free of bitumen, solvent and isocyanates. After fully cured, it forms waterproof, UV resistant surface which also repairs the cracks up to 5mm.

Uses:
  • Waterproofing of concrete surfaces
  • Waterproofing of balconies and terraces
  • Waterproofing of non-trafficked areas on roofs and concrete structures

Properties:

  • Does not contain isocyanate
  • Paintable
  • Maintain elastic behavior at low temperatures
  • Excellent adhesion
  • Resistant to moisture and weather conditions
  • One component, easy to apply
  • Indoor/outdoor use
  • Excellent crack bridging properties
  • Suitable for concrete, natural stone, marble, ceramic etc. surfaces
