Everbuild EB25 Ultimate Polymer Adhesive and Sealant is a one-part, chemically-curing hybrid polymer sealant built to do the job of two products at once. As a hybrid polymer sealant, EB25 combines the flexibility of a sealant with the bonding strength of an adhesive, so you are not choosing between the two. Everbuild developed EB25 to mark their 25th anniversary, and rather than producing something commemorative, they produced something genuinely useful. The R&D team worked with a unique polymer blend to create a product certified for interior use, exterior use, sanitary environments, and food preparation areas to ISEGA standard. That is a broad range of certifications for a single cartridge, and it means EB25 can go in kitchens, bathrooms, workshops, rooflines, and construction joints without hesitation.

What Makes EB25 a Serious Hybrid Polymer Sealant

The initial grab is strong and immediate. EB25 has no-slip properties, which is exactly what you need when bonding on vertical surfaces or overhead. Once positioned, the joint holds while the product cures. Gap-filling performance is good too, which reduces the need for perfectly fitted surfaces before applying.

Once fully cured, Everbuild EB25 resists mould growth, UV radiation, temperature extremes, chemicals, and petrol. The petrol resistance makes it practical for automotive and workshop applications where other sealants would soften or degrade. It even cures underwater, which opens it up for applications around water features, below-ground drainage details, and marine environments where other products simply will not go.

Emissions and Environmental Rating

EB25 carries the EMICODE EC1plus classification, which represents the lowest possible VOC emissions rating for an adhesive and sealant product.
