Timberfix 360 woodscrews are a high-performance fixing designed for tradespeople who want a reliable, fast-driving screw that works across a wide range of timber and board materials. The timberfix 360 woodscrew range covers everything from light joinery work with 3.0mm screws right through to heavy structural fixing with 6.0 x 200mm lengths, so there are very few jobs on site where these won’t have an application.
The screw is built around a few well-thought-out design features that genuinely make a difference on site. The reinforced countersunk head is designed to handle the torque of driving into harder timbers without stripping, and the self-countersinking ribs beneath the head cut cleanly into the surface as you drive, saving the extra step of countersinking by hand. That alone is a time-saver when you’re running through a stack of fixings.
What Makes Timberfix 360 Woodscrews Different
The shank ribs reduce the resistance during installation, and combined with a next-generation lubrication coating, the torque required is reduced by close to half compared to a standard woodscrew. That means less strain on your driver, less fatigue on a long run, and fewer stripped heads. The Type 17 gash point and advanced cutting edge let these drive straight into most hardwoods without pre-drilling, which removes a whole step from the process entirely.
The thread design also cleans the hole as it drives when securing two pieces of timber together, which prevents jacking — that frustrating situation where the top piece lifts instead of drawing down tight. On longer lengths and larger diameters, the design helps prevent splitting too.
What’s Included
Every box includes one screwdriver bit, which is a small detail but a useful one when you’re working on multiple jobs or handing boxes to apprentices. Zinc and yellow finish. Available in boxes of 100 or 200 depending on size.
Pro Tip: If you're driving these into end grain or dense hardwood at longer lengths, running at a slower speed with higher torque on your driver will give you a cleaner finish and reduce the risk of the head pulling through.
